Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drimov website and personal driver service operated by Tony Barreto (“Drimov,” “we,” or “us”). By booking a ride, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Drimov is a personal driver service based in Marin County, California. Tony Barreto is the sole driver. All rides are scheduled in advance (minimum 2 hours, maximum 24 hours before pickup). Drimov is not a transportation network company (TNC) and does not operate a multi-driver marketplace.
Service area: Marin County, CA. Destinations include San Francisco, SFO Airport, Palo Alto, and surrounding Bay Area locations at the driver's discretion.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Fares are fixed at booking and do not change due to traffic, weather, or time of day. Drimov reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at any time — in that case you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
3. Payment Terms
You may pay by credit/debit card (via Stripe), cash, Zelle, or Square reader in person. Payment is due at or after ride completion unless you choose to pre-pay. Tips are voluntary and processed separately. All prices are in US dollars.
If payment fails after ride completion, Drimov may attempt to charge a saved payment method or contact you directly to arrange payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: You may cancel without charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time using the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
Late cancellation: Cancellations less than 1 hour before pickup may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booked fare, at the driver's discretion. Please text Tony directly if you must cancel at the last minute.
No-shows: If the rider is not present within 10 minutes of scheduled pickup, the ride may be marked complete. A no-show fee equal to the full fare applies.
5. Liability Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIMOV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DRIMOV IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
Drimov's total liability for any claim arising from a single ride shall not exceed the fare paid for that ride. The vehicle carries standard California auto insurance.
6. Rider Conduct
Riders must treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Drimov reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated to the point of risk, or otherwise endangers the safety of the driver. Damage to the vehicle may result in a cleaning or repair fee.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
